With General Motors quickly making its transformation to Government Motors, I have made the decision not to buy any GM products. For that matter, I don’t intend to use any products related to GM either – for example, Ally Bank – formerly GMAC bank. It may seem a small thing, but it is a necessary, albeit small blow against the government takeover of vast swaths of the United States Economy.
Government collectivism is a direct assault on our individual rights, and the idea that we are endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable rights, amongst them, Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. Government Motors symbolizes the assault on our individual rights. Not only is our property (money) being taken and given over to a corporation, the unions, and the government, but our ability to pursue happiness has been restricted, as government intervention limits our choices and blocks competition in the auto industry.
It is a great injustice. It is immoral. The government may have taken my money today to keep GM alive another day, but they can’t (yet) force me to buy their products and I won’t.

But, I consider it ironic that one of the first moves that GM made to "transform" itself was to ax the Oldsmobile division.
So, I consider this the revenge of Dr. Olds.
It would be funny if it weren't so un-constitutional.
